In between those meals if you get hungry, have some carrots, or an apple, or possibly some granola. There is no “fastest weight loss diet” when ultimately it comes down to you. As a bodybuilder I’ve learned there are ways to speed up the process but ultimately it comes down to you, and whether you are willing to take the steps necessary to get where you want to go.
